making money whilst i sleep

I’m tired at the moment, and I know that I’ve got a long day tomorrow. For this reason its very comforting to remember that whilst I sleep, I’m earning money on my savings, and in the long run, I should be earning money on my investments (even my house). Aaah, behold the miracle of compound interest and the wonder of a positive net worth.

With a bit of luck, one day I will be so rich that all the money I need will be earned whilst I sleep - sadly I’m not expecting to reach that day for another 40 years, but in the mean time, I intend to get plenty of sleep. Is it too weird to want to dream of increasing numbers in my bank account?
