thanks for the chuckle, and on a personal finance note, people should do the math about whether they can afford a dog before they fall hook line and sinker for the cuties!

I agree with Frugal Trenches, pet ownership can be pretty serious financial commitment for families - especially when its the kids that want the pet and don’t care about how much it could cost.

But then again, cats that do math could probably earn your family a lot of money and if you could train a dog to do the same you might be on to something.
